1. Honey\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Honey is a natural moisturizer that hydrates and nourishes the skin. Ayurveda values it for cleansing, clearing impurities. Enhancing complexion by removing dirt from within the skin.<\/span><\/p>\n

To make this, take a small bowl and put one teaspoon of sugar in it. Mix half teaspoon lemon juice, half teaspoon turmeric powder, one tablespoon aloe vera gel. <\/span>Add two tablespoons yogurt and some rose water, then blend thoroughly. Ensure the consistency spreads easily on your face, neither too thick nor too thin.<\/span><\/p>\n
